Comments: "We went to Bormio with a group of 34 participants but I really felt treated like an individual guest. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was so helpful, the whole family even araranged for someone to take us to the carpark and carry our cases ( i had recently had a bypass op). The hotel inside was lovely,the staff was so friendly, the room was excellent, the food superb. The whole family who owns this place was so friendly and always smiling. We had felt we had been there weeks ,we hope to return next year. Perfect place for US groups and families!"

Comments: "It is a very nice hotel in a great location. It is located just behind the Pedestrian area, one block further from the main square. It is really in the centre of town, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the ski shuttle stop.
The hotel is very much clean. The lobby has a nice area where you can sit for a coffee and relax. There is also a small bar and a good wellness cetntre. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean.
The Hotel Baita dei Pini is a family run hotel and you can really feel its welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again."

Comments: "This is a true 5 Star hotel and surprisingly good for a European hotel. The service was absolutely impeccable, from the front desk staff to the waitresses, concierge to the snow sports desk to the spa staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Had a grand deluxe room in the corner of the hotel which has a great view. The hotel has a bar downstairs with a phenominal wine/cocktail list and cigars and a magnificent classy subdued atmosphere."

Comments: "We had a free room upgrade because My wife and I stay there for honeymoon. The service is excellent with welcoming drink and snacks. the facilities like: gym and spa are very good! At night, the dinner on our half-board plan contained several options, one more delicious than the other. Whatever we ordered, it was fabulous. The chef has done his training at several starred establishments around Europe and if he doesn't get at least one star in the Guide by next year, then I'm not putting any more stock in it."

Comments: "This is a truly fantastic hotel, which one would expect from a Kempinski, but it's service and amenities, especially when compared to other Bormio hotels are beyond. The food was incredible. The breakfast buffet had an enormous and delicious choice every day. Every other day the evening meal was served in a quite luxurious style with 4 choices at each course."

Comments: "We have been going to Bormio for over ten years almost every year. From the moment we arrived, the hotel treated us like we were staying at a five star hotel. The hotel makes personal service a priority which was evident from the introductory evening hosted by the manager as well as his attendance and greeting of the guests most evenings at the restaurant. The waiters and the maitre at the restaurant also made every effort possible to meet our requests, in a very professional way."
