Rules of Behaviour for Skiers and Snowboarders

1. Rispect of other people
Skiers will do any efforts in order to prevent other people or things from getting damaged.

2. Mastery of speed and behaviour
When skiing each single person will behave in such a way that is fit to his/her own skill and suitable for the weather conditions; he/she will limit his/her speed accordingly

3. Choice of direction
Uphill skiers who, thanks to their favourable location, have the opportunity of choosing their direction, shall follow the direction which can be considered as the safest for downhill skiers and shall prevent any danger of collision
One needs to be aware of other skiers' trajec­tories with particular regard to their type of skiing aquipment (snowboard, telemark, fun carving, etc.

4. Overtake
Skiers can pass when they are either to the right or to the left but they will always keep to such a distance as to alloW the other skiers to perform their evolutions
It is advisable that the skier steers away from the edge of the ski slope leaving enough room So that he/she can be passed dothleft and right.

5. Crossing
When entering or crossing a slope or training Court, skiers will make sure that they are not jeopardizing their own or other people's safety, by carefully looking around, uphill and downhill. They will do the same before stopping

6. Halt
Skiers will not Stop on Slope or in proximity to obligatory way with poor visibility, unless there is absolute need for it. In the case of a skier falling, he/she will leave the ski-slope as soon as she/he can.

7. Climbing
When climbing a ski slope skiers will keep at slope­edge; they will not climb a slope in the case of poor visibility. They will do the same when descending a slope on foot.

8. Observance of slope signs
Skiers will respect the signs on the slopes.

9. Accidents
In the case of accidents, anybody will make him­self /herself useful and come to aid.

10. Identification
Anyone involved in or witnessing an accident will give him/her name and address and personal particulars.

Skipass regulation

Accident refund:
Should an accident occur, a refund is available at the skipass offices. Only the date of return will be considered and not the date of accident. The remaining days will be regunded only upon presentation of a medical certificate signed by a local doctor.

Group reduction:
Except Christmas time group rates are available. A list with all partecipants (at least 20) must be handed in on headed paper. The group will receive 1 free liftpass every 19 lftpasses paid at full price, or will have a 5% discount per person.

Baby Pass
Children up to 8 years (born after 01.01.----) get a free pass with a minimum length of 3 days if accompanied by an adult who buys a skipass of the same duration, at full price. Proof of age is required.
