Skiing in Val Gardena

Skiing in Val Gardena is an unique experience, skiers are used to ski in just 1 resort and in case they want to change it they are subjected to buy side trips. In val Gardena this is not necessary because the Dolomiti Superski pass gives you the chance to reach many different areas and villages all very well connected by the numerous lifts.
Skiing is not a very high challenge there, you can ski all the slopes without problems and at any day of the week. It is a ski-cruising than a normal skiing thanks to the fact that the Panorama surrounding Val Gardena is just spectacular.

BEGINNER SKIERS (12%)
Beginners will find that Val Gardena is a very nice place to start skiing or just to improve the first skiing experiences. The modern lift systems and the wide open slopes makes it easier and you will feel very comfortable with this sport. Also, the orientation on the slopes is made easier by the many and very detailed signs you will find on the slopes.
All the areas where the beginner skiers can go are also well connected by the ski buses and you will find Val Gardena a welcoming resort for the ones who are learning the beauty of this winter sport.
INTERMEDIATE SKIERS (68%)
Nothing better for the intermediate skiers can be found in Val Gardena. The red coded slopes are almost everywhere and they are not very steep. If your goal of your ski vacation is to cruise among the Sella Massive or all around the picturesque environment this is your place!
We suggest to start your ski day from Selva where you can start your way up to the top taking the main gondola “Ciampinoi”. Once you will reach the top a varied choice of directions and slopes will be at your disposal. No long lines at the lifts and very good quality restaurants on the peaks of the mountains will offer you the perfect combination of skiing and relax.
EXPERT SKIERS (20%)

f you are an advanced skier and you want to find some challenging stuff you must take your time and reach the glacier at the Marmolada or discover some good off pist all around Val Gardena. We are sure you can find easily what you are looking for. Each skier has his personal idea of the advanced skiing and it depends what you are looking for.
